A platform connecting seasoned professionals with organisations for project-based, advisory, and flexible roles. I built frontends and backends and worked directly with the client team through sprint planning, UAT, and story walkthroughs.
- Built the business onboarding flow, where organisations register, configure their requirements, and engage professionals.
- Built an end-to-end university mentorship programme: mentor and university onboarding, mentor–programme mapping, scheduling, sessions, and feedback.
- Designed REST APIs for onboarding, applications, candidate management, and admin portals.
- Improved performance and accessibility on key journeys and started test automation for regression coverage.

I owned the platform end to end across four repositories (backend, AI service, mobile, and admin portal), covering architecture, delivery, and work with the foundation's leadership.
- Re-architected a 34k-LOC AI service onto a provider-agnostic LangChain core. Switching between OpenAI and Claude is now a config change.
- llm_core task registry with a capability system that rejects invalid task↔model pairings at startup.
- Multi-agent lesson-plan generator: 5 parallel context layers feed 4 concurrent sub-agents and an orchestrator that emits schema-validated JSON.
- Production RAG over curriculum PDFs and YouTube transcripts (FAISS/pgvector + reranking), plus a custom MCP server.
- Langfuse prompt management, tracing, and cost attribution, with a RAGAS / LLM-as-judge release gate.
- Offline-first React Native app (54+ screens) with speech-driven AI assessments.
